Pop us an email at hello@boosh.co.nz within the timeframe, so we can resolve any issues. (The trimmer not cutting my outdoor hedges will not be viewed as a legitimate reason for a refund.)
You will be asked to provide your order number and the reason you are unsatisfied with the product.
We recommend that you return the product (and they will need to be returned) via a registered post service, and that you pre-pay all postage.You assume any risk of loss, theft, or damaged goods during transit, and therefore we advise you to track/insure your parcel. Boosh Ltd will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage in transit if you choose not to insure.
